Abstract

  • Highly oriented crystalline films with a compact lamella structure, leading to the superior saturation hole mobility of 22.2 cm2 V−1 s−1 at L = 80 μm for the semiconducting polymer, CDTBTZ(Mn = 120 kDa).*ref1
  • By using film compression with the assistance of an ionic liquid, one even obtains CDT−BTZ films with a band-like transport and a transistor hole mobility of 10 cm2 V−1 s−1.*ref2
